A) I was trying to download some of your application forms and I was unable to. Is there a problem with the web site?
B) I was trying to download an application form and I received an error message stating that the PDF (Portable Document File) format is not supported. Can you help?

A) While it is always possible that there is a problem with the web site, it is more likely that there are simply too many users trying to access the same forms. Feel free to contact us right away to be sure, but you may wish to wait a little while and try again. If you are still experiencing difficulties or don't have time to wait, please e-mail or call us with the names of the forms you wish to obtain, and we are quite happy to e-mail them back to you asap. B) The majority of our application and other forms available for download are in PDF format, which should be compatible with any computer platform. This type of file may only be viewed with Adobe Acrobat (free software from Adobe) loaded on your system. Check with your IT Manager to see if you do have this software and, if not, that you can have it loaded on your system. Note that there may be a policy at your company that does not allow employees to download materials from the web.
